Two-year deal looms as Dybala chooses Roma over Boca

🇮🇹
A two-year contract lies on the table for Paulo Dybala, who will remain at Roma for at least another season, with a salary markedly lower than his current deal that runs until June 30. The Argentine playmaker’s decision comes as the club edges toward finalising his stay. The Laguna Larga-born playmaker has already spent four years in the capital with Roma. He is ready to renew his contract with the Trigoria club and continue his experience under Gian Piero Gasperini. The number 21 is coming off a season of few highs and many lows. He was decisive in Roma’s final league games, which proved crucial to the club’s return to the Champions League after seven long years. Sky Sport the renewal is truly within reach. A full agreement between the club’s entourage and the Roman club is still pending, but the official announcement of Dybala’s permanence will arrive soon. Dybala is expected to sign a two-year contract at a significantly lower salary than the one he received until June 30. The reduced terms reflect the club’s financial planning for the upcoming season. Advances from Boca Juniors and other foreign clubs to snatch him from Roma have been futile. Paulo has already made his decision and wants to stay in the capital.
