Real Madrid eye Bayern winger amid contract doubts

🇪🇸
Real Madrid have set their sights on Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise, despite the German club’s claim that he will not renew his contract. Sources cite Christian Falk’s warning that the French international’s reluctance could make a move to the Spanish giants possible this summer. The club have already added four new signings to Jose Mourinho’s squad for the 2026‑27 campaign. Those arrivals form the core of a busy transfer window for the Spanish side. Further reinforcements are planned alongside Ibrahima Konate, Denzel Dumfries, Marc Cucurella and Bernardo Silva. The quartet represents the defensive and wide options already secured by Real Madrid. Real Madrid are also hunting a new centre‑back and a midfielder, with Alessandro Bastoni and Enzo Fernandez named as the leading candidates. Both players are being tracked as potential additions to strengthen the spine of the team. President Florentino Perez has publicly described Olise as the perfect player to complete the Real Madrid attack. Perez’s ambition reflects the club’s desire to add creativity on the flanks. Christian Falk argues that Olise’s situation is becoming “a little bit dangerous for Bayern Munich”. Falk adds that the Frenchman has already secured a Bundesliga title and a DFB Pokal, while the Champions League remains a tougher prize. Rumours suggest Olise wishes to leave Bayern and that Real Madrid is the club he should be dreaming of. Falk says the people close to the winger are “really close” to him, though Olise himself rarely comments. Even if Bayern succeed in preventing a new contract, a transfer this summer appears unlikely. Reported non‑aggression pacts between the two clubs would make any 2026 move difficult to execute.
