[Getty Images] The final four remaining English Football League players saw their World Cup hopes end at the quarter‑final stage. Watford goalkeeper Egil Selvik, 28, and defenders David Moller Wolfe of Wolves and Sondre Langas of Derby County bowed out when Norway lost 2‑1 to England after extra time in Miami on Saturday.
