Tottenham Hotspur chase Paris Saint-Germain ace Randal Kolo Muani

🇬🇧 By 4AllFootball Editorial ·

Tottenham Hotspur are in the running to re-sign Paris Saint-Germain ace Randal Kolo Muani, according to a recent report by Tuttosport. The French attacker had a loan spell at Tottenham last season, where he was involved in 41 matches, scoring five goals and securing four assists.

Kolo Muani's current contract at Paris Saint-Gerbi will expire in the summer of 2028, making it potentially tough for Tottenham to sign him on the cheap later this year. Despite this, Spurs would do well to bring him back to North London in this transfer window.

The 27-year-old is among the most experienced forwards in his homeland and can find a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the eye to create the odd chance for his teammates in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet.

However, Kolo Muani was far from a consistent forward in the Premier League last season. Still, he deserves credit for being versatile as he primarily functions as a centre-forward but can also play as a winger on either flank if asked to do so.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Roberto De Zerbi would be wise to bring Kolo Muani back to England before the end of this transfer window as long as he can get him for a reasonable fee. We can expect Kolo Muani to add more depth to De Zerbi’s attack next season.

It has been claimed that Spurs are facing competition from Eintracht Frankfurt and Juventus in the race to land the French talent this off-season. At 27, Kolo Muani has his best years ahead of him, which makes him a decent choice for Spurs to pursue this summer.
