Romano says Premier League giants eye Camavinga as Real push sale

🇬🇧 By 4AllFootball Editorial ·

Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga is being internally discussed by Premier League giants, with Fabrizio Romano confirming Manchester United’s interest, but the Frenchman insists on staying at the club. He is determined to earn a place in the starting XI and hopes to convince Jose Mourinho during pre‑season.

Los Blancos are looking for a big sale to level the books before they pursue further signings this summer. They view Camavinga as their best chance to sell a player with limited prominence for a good price, and are therefore pushing for his departure.

Camavinga, however, remains adamant that he will stay at any cost. He is focused on regaining his spot in the starting XI and aims to persuade Jose Mourinho during the pre‑season preparations.

Manchester United, the Red Devils, have been most extensively linked with the midfielder. Fabrizio Romano reported that the club has internally discussed Camavinga as a possible midfield signing and a seasonal option (Photo by Florencia Tan Jun/Getty Images).

The transfer can only materialise if Camavinga consents to leave Real Madrid, and he has so far refused to consider a departure. This stalemate leaves United’s interest unresolved.

Camavinga was omitted from the French squad for the FIFA World Cup, giving him a month off. He has not relaxed, returning early to Real’s facilities and spending much of his vacation preparing for the new season (Photo by FRANCK FIFE/AFP via Getty Images).

Real Madrid will only proceed with a sale if they decide to bring in a new midfield signing this summer, a condition that remains uncertain. Consequently, Camavinga is likely to remain at the club while Manchester United’s pursuit stalls.
