PSG chases €100m per year Nike deal after Champions League triumph
Following Paris Saint‑Germain’s historic Champions League victory in 2025, club president Nasser Al‑Khelaïfi has pushed for a fresh kit agreement to capitalise on the heightened global profile and secure greater revenue, prompting talks with long‑time American supplier Nike for a substantially upgraded contract.
Nike has supplied PSG’s kits since 1989, establishing a long‑standing partnership that both parties intend to extend. The American brand’s continued involvement is seen as essential for maintaining the club’s global image.
The existing agreement is set to expire in 2032, prompting president Nasser Al‑Khelaïfi to seek new terms for PSG. His request follows the Ligue 1 side’s maiden Champions League triumph in 2025, a milestone that raises the club’s commercial appeal.
Negotiations are expected to culminate in a five‑year extension running to 2037, according to L’Equipe. The new deal would deliver a substantial pay rise for PSG, reflecting the club’s elevated status.
The current Nike contract is reported to be worth €60 million per year. Under the proposed terms, Les Parisiens would receive approximately €100 million annually.
That figure would place the agreement among the world’s most lucrative kit deals, comparable with Barcelona’s partnership with Nike. Such a windfall would significantly boost PSG’s revenue streams ahead of future campaigns.
L’Equipe disclosed the details, citing club officials and the American supplier. The report was authored by Bastien Cheval.
Finalising the extension remains subject to detailed negotiations, but both sides appear eager to lock in the new terms before the current contract lapses.
