Manchester United eye Mamadou Sangaré amid Lens exits

Manchester United are preparing an offer for RC Lens midfielder Mamadou Sangaré (23).

RC Lens face multiple departures after a successful season. Captain Adrien Thomasson has joined Stade Rennais, Allan Saint-Maximin left on a free transfer, and Malang Sarr is set to follow. Manager Pierre Sage is close to joining Crystal Palace.

Sangaré, a key midfielder for Lens last season, is now a transfer target. Manchester United seek midfield reinforcement and are leading the race, with around 10 clubs interested. No concrete offers exist yet, but United’s pursuit is the strongest.

Sangaré’s valuation stands at €40m, though competition may push the final fee higher.
