Bayern's firm stance stalls Real Madrid's Olise chase

🇩🇪

Bayern Munich have made clear they will not sell 24‑year‑old attacker Michael Olise, opting instead to offer him a new contract, club’s refusal leaves any immediate Real Madrid move dependent on Olise’s own decision.

Bayern view Olise as central to their project, believing his market value is rising. A fresh contract would cement their control over the French attacker and signal their intent to keep him long‑term.

Real Madrid admire Olise for his technical, creative play, left‑footed versatility and ability to decide matches from the right flank or centrally. The club sees him as the type of forward that fits their search for attacking quality.

Florentino Perez, Real’s president, has placed Vinicius Jr.’s renewal ahead of any Olise signing. Vinicius, already a proven match‑winner, remains a pillar of the current project.

Bayern’s refusal means a summer transfer is unlikely, forcing Los Blancos to monitor the situation rather than press for a deal. Real Madrid traditionally avoid battles they cannot control, especially against another European giant.

Should Olise eventually agree to a new deal, Bayern will retain him and the transfer window will close without a move. If the player changes his mind, Real Madrid will stay ready, but the immediate outlook remains uncertain.
