Man City's 2026-27 Premier League fixtures vs Arsenal, Liverpool, United revealed

🇬🇧 By 4AllFootball Editorial ·
Manchester City have received their preliminary fixtures for the 2026-27 Premier League season, including key clashes with Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United. The Blues finished second behind Arsenal in the 2026 Premier League, seven points adrift after defeats to Bournemouth and Aston Villa. Pep Guardiola has left his role as Manchester City manager after a decade, with Enzo Maresca named as his successor. Guardiola’s final season at the Etihad Stadium delivered a Carabao Cup and FA Cup double, the club’s first Premier League title absence since 2017. The incoming manager will oversee a transitional period at Manchester City, with the majority of Guardiola’s backroom staff also departing. Maresca is expected to appoint his own assistants as the club enters a rebuilding phase. Sporting director Hugo Viana has held early discussions with Maresca about summer signings and pre-season preparations. Viana will lead recruitment as the club targets a strong return to the Premier League summit. The confirmed fixtures include Manchester City’s first meeting with Manchester United on 12 September 2026 at 15:00 UK time. The reverse fixture is scheduled for 20 March 2027, also at 15:00 UK. Arsenal’s league dates against Manchester City are set for 28 November 2026 and 30 January 2027, both at 15:00 UK. Liverpool will face Manchester City on 10 October 2026 at 15:00 UK, with the return game at the Etihad on 8 May 2027, also at 15:00 UK. These fixtures mark the first competitive meetings under Maresca’s leadership. City’s players are currently in North America for the FIFA World Cup and have been briefed on the schedule. The preliminary list follows a season in which Manchester City finished second in the Premier League, their first title-less campaign since 2017. The club’s double-winning side under Guardiola has been largely dismantled, with Maresca tasked with reshaping the squad. The confirmed dates provide clarity for supporters ahead of the new campaign’s start.
