Real Sociedad Target Oliver Baumann as Remiro Replacement

Real Sociedad are monitoring Oliver Baumann as a replacement for Álex Remiro. Baumann is Hoffenheim’s first‑choice goalkeeper. His contract runs until 2028.

Baumann and Real Sociedad sporting director Matarazzo previously worked together at Hoffenheim. Their past collaboration is cited as a reason for the Basque club’s interest.

Álex Remiro is the current Real Sociedad goalkeeper. Real Sociedad have identified Baumann as a possible successor to Remiro.

Hoffenheim’s contract with Baumann runs until 2028. Any move would require negotiations with Hoffenheim.
